yet another dream-- reaching for the horizon
Darkened skies + tidal waves. The setting was a beach maybe in Bohol (kung may beach man doon) or its adjacent provinces (?) Di ko alam kung paano kami napunta doon ng mga kapatid ko -- ako 23yo -- andrew 24yo -- ryan 20yo). May activity kami na babaybayin naming tatlo ang dagat gamit ang tatlong lubid lamang. Tig-isa kami ng lubid. Sobrang habang lubid na nakatali sa mga puno sa bay. Our objective was to reach the horizon (?) The fuck.
Yung beach ay parang hindi beach. Extremes yung level ng tubig. May times na parang na-eempty yung beach to the point na makikita mo yung sea floor. That's the time na makakalakad ka sa sea floor. May point na sobrang tumatataas. That's the time you have to stop walking and start swimming again. The competition goes on. Palayuan at pabilisan kaming magkakapatid na maabot ang horizon. Kulet. Kung sinong makakaabot ng horizon mananalo.
We of course didn't reach the horizon. Pero may nahanap kaming sunken ship. When we found the sunken ship ginamit namin yung mga lubid namin para i-haul yung ship sa bay.
After we hauled the ship, we started to go inside the that ship. Makulit yung ship, limang dikit dikit na ship parang train na ship. Ewan.
Nung na-haul na namin biglang lumakas yung mga waves. All of a sudden pataas nang pataas yung level ng tubig. Hindi na bumababa! I think there was something inside that ship that triggered the waves to be violent.
Survival na bigla ang labanan naming magkakapatid. Pataas ng pataas ang tubig. Umikot ang panaginip sa pagtakas namin sa dagat na parang nilalamon kami. Nawala bigla si Ryan sa sight namin ni Andrew. Ayon, umabot sa point na parang buong Bohol nilamon na ng tubig. Water world what the fuck. But we kept swimming up. up. up. Wala na kaming makitang lupa at nakabitaw na kami sa kanya-kanyang mga lubid namin.
Natapos ang panaginip na akala namin na nilamon si Ryan ng dagat. Pero bigla nalang namin siya nakita ulit. Akala namin nawala na nga siya. I think we hugged him. Ngek drama bigla.
La eh nagising nako.
